As Covid-19 spread, Lysol was experiencing higher than normal traffic volumes to their sites. As a result, we needed to quickly adapt the site to meet the expectations and needs of customers looking for information related to the pandemic.
One of the many Covid-19-related projects was to create a place on the site to house new educational content for remote learning. As this was a new type of request from the client, I needed to create an entirely new content hub structure from scratch to support new content and help Lysol meet higher-level CRM goals for the business.
In 3 weeks time, I worked with the business client, project managers, a visual designer, and a copywriter to introduce a net new section on the Lysol.ca site dedicated to remote learning resources. I was the lead UX designer on the project.
